Make your project even easier with the proper Stencil Tools:
- Here we used the Moscow plaque and Madrid 2 Plaque cookie cutters, but the messages should fit on most 3″ or 4″ cookie would work for this project
- Always have a masking tool handy when you have a cookie stencil with multiple elements. We like the Quadrant masking tool and the Isolation tool for cookie decorating best.
- If airbrushing, try using the AirGenie Airbrush System with DecoPac Airbrush Food Coloring in colors of Emerald and Black to mimic our cookie image, but feel free to take creative license and make it your own!

Returns
The stock is constantly changing. It is not managed entirely by us since we are involved with multiple organizations, such as the factory and the storage. Therefore, the actual inventory could change at any time. It's possible that the stocks could be depleted after your order has been processed.
The policy is for 30 days. If you don't receive the product within the 30 days period, we are not able to provide the option of a refund or exchange.
You can only return an item if it is unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.
